Sweet corn, a cheesy sauce and chili combine with ramen for an elote that is as easy as it is delicioso.

Cook Top Ramen® (set aside seasoning packet). Drain noodles.
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a pan.
Add in a handful of mozzarella cheese and mix until almost fully melted. Mix in milk until mixture comes together.
Add in drained can of corn and fold into cheese mixture (set mixture aside).
Add cooked noodles to a bowl and mix in mayo and a squeeze of lime.
Top the ramen with the the corn/cheese mixture.
Garnish with chopped cilantro, cotija cheese and the Chili seasoning packet.
